I have googled a bit and I think what I’m about to say is correct but it’s hard to find conclusive evidence.

I think that even if we don’t sign another player, our current spending of around €11m is the highest by any 3rd tier club in global history. Is that correct?

If it is (and even if it isn’t but we’re close to the top of the list), ponder how incredible that is for a second.
