Prominent lawyer reacts as NNPP governor downgrade 3 popular Kano emirates

A top lawyer, Umar Sa'ad Hassan, has reacted to the downgrade of three popular emirates in Kano state from first to second-class by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
