Killer sentenced in decades-old NJ Jane Doe slaying after victim was purged from missing persons database

Herman Lee Hobbs was sentenced to 15-years in prison for the 1980 murder of Holly Ann Campiglia, 21, who was the Jane Done found raped and fatally shot in the San Francisco Bay Area.
