India is not going to abandon its relationship with Russia: US NSA on PM Modi's visit to Moscow

US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan has stated that there is no tangible evidence of India deepening its military and technology relationship with Russia. He emphasized that Moscow, which has become a "junior partner" to China, is not necessarily going to be a great and reliable friend to India in a future contingency.
