2 seriously injured after single-vehicle crash in Black Rock neighborhood

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A vehicle struck a tree just after 10 p.m. Saturday night at the intersection of Arthur and Tonawanda Streets, resulting in apparent serious injuries, Buffalo police said.
Officials said two people were inside the vehicle.
The accident remains under investigation.
