Golden moments of India's Olympic journey

India's 10 Olympic golds began with field hockey in 1928, followed by 1932, 1936, 1948, and 1952 finals. Neeraj Chopra secured the first track and field gold in 2021 with a javelin throw of 87.58 meters. Abhinav Bindra won the first individual gold in 2008. The last hockey gold was in 1980 Moscow.
