News24 | Independent Media sued for R1.2m by lecturer following X account slip-up

University of KwaZulu-Natal lecturer Mohammed Yacoob Vawda, who was incorrectly identified by Independent Media as the person behind the @goolammv X account, is now suing the media house, its boss Iqbal Surve and editors for R1.2 million.
