Donald Trump Jr. Thinks His Teenage Daughter Is ‘Sexy’
It looks like Donald Trump Jr. is carrying on the family tradition of fathers making creepy comments about their daughters. On Thursday, the former president’s eldest son posted a video to TikTok in which he offhandedly described his 17-year-old daughter, Kai, as “sexy.”
In the video, Don Jr. is getting his makeup done ahead of the Republican National Convention’s Wednesday night speeches when he turns to his daughter and asks: “Kai, what do you think? Getting makeup make me look sexy like you?” After Kai says, “I think you look great,” he responds, “Thank you, Kai, I’m glad you think I look very beautiful.” He goes on to say he’s excited to see her make her RNC speech debut, which featured Kai telling the convention how much she and her grandfather love talking about golf.
While supporters defended Don Jr., saying he was just making a “dad joke,” to others, his words were a reminder of his father’s lewd descriptions of Ivanka Trump over the years. In 2003, Trump said his daughter had “the best body”; a year later, he said it was okay for Howard Stern to call her “a piece of ass.” In 2006, he infamously said “If Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.” As if that wasn’t gross enough, while he was president, he allegedly made inappropriate comments about Ivanka’s “breasts, her backside, and what it might be like to have sex with her,” according to Miles Taylor, who worked for the Department of Homeland Security from 2017 to 2019.
On Thursday, Don Jr. appeared on Fox, where Laura Ingraham told him that Kai had been “unleashed” on the world and was being “swarmed” by teen boys at the convention. Don. Jr. responded: “Get away, you little bastards, you stay away.”
