Capital Sup: Fitness Classes on the Water

Capital SUP was originally born from the idea of building a gym on the water experience. Founded in 2014 by three “paddlebros” Capital SUP owner Kevin and his two friends Brian Meyer (now owner of FloHome) and Chris “Goose” Norman wanted to bring their passion for FITNESS and love for paddling to the Annapolis community.
