Hard Fifa or hard PES to play career mode on PC??

What football game do you recommend to play career on PC??I looking for a game with balanced and challenging gameplay ( shots per game me vs cpu) and offensive cpu which create many chances and score a lot of goals. I finally found my sweet spot in pes 21with mods but I can't play my career for more than a few seasons due to regens.I cannot accept 17-year-old Messi, Zlatan, CR7 in different teams as young talents .
