Days before the Democratic National Convention, Joe Biden once again made the gaffe of forgetting the name of his Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and referred to him as a "Black man". Earlier he denied suffering cognitive issues and refused to pull out the US Presidential Election 2024.
