And Miyoshi is a very good footballer.

Whilst the recruitment wasn't perfect last summer we did bring in some good footballers.

They underperformed under Wayne Rooney and Mark Venus. Without that period of time, we finish mid table. That's the level of the players that came in last summer.

Easily done.

Without that period of time, we get a nice advantage in that we play 2 games more than some teams but ultimately, we would have finished 8th.

If you remove 6 points to account for the extra games, we'd have been 15th despite some other teams having played more games than us.
