Marketplace PHL announces 2024 Leasing Opportunities event

PHILADELPHIA – Growth-minded business owners will soon have a chance to give their plans a lift at Philadelphia International Airport.

In collaboration with the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Aviation, MarketPlace PHL will host its 2024 PHL Leasing Opportunities Outreach Event on Wednesday, July 31, at 9 a.m. at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott at Terminal B, One Arrivals Road, Philadelphia.

PHL’s award-winning concessions program, operated by MarketPlace PHL, extends an invitation to all retail, consumer service, and food and beverage proprietors – and their teams – to attend this informational session regarding upcoming leasing opportunities at PHL. Proposals will be made available immediately following the event.

Home to more than 170 locations, today’s PHL merchant community boasts internationally acclaimed brands and Philadelphia-based establishments – all with a broad spectrum of offerings.

With the 250th anniversary of America fast approaching on July 4, 2026, the country will again have its eye on Philadelphia. As the United States Semiquincentennial gets underway, visitor traffic to the region is expected to rise exponentially. Everything “Philly,” including the wide variety of Philly-founded shops and restaurants at PHL, will become part of this momentous celebration.
