Wait, Now There’s a Lawsuit Over the Vanderpump Rules Sandwich Shop?
Looks like Ariana Madix’s lawyers aren’t taking any days off anytime soon. Tom Sandoval may have reversed course on a recent lawsuit against her, but Madix is still facing legal action — and not just from Rachel Leviss. Per documents obtained by TMZ and People, Madix and her Vanderpump Rules co-star Katie Maloney are being sued over Something About Her, the sandwich shop they opened earlier this year. Penny Davidi, former chef for SAH, alleges that Madix and Maloney haven’t honored a June 2023 business partnership. According to the lawsuit, Davidi was promised a 10% partnership stake as the “COO/Director of Culinary.” She claims that her salary was supposed to be $7,500 a month and increase to $10,000 a month in January 2024, but accuses Madix and Maloney of now denying the terms of the partnership. Essentially, Chef Penny seems to be arguing that despite her contributions to this sandwich shop, she hasn’t been paid all the bread she’s owed.
