2 stabbed at home in Troutdale, 1 arrested

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- One person was arrested Thursday night after stabbing two people at a home in Troutdale, according to Multnomah County officials.

Both victims were taken to a local hospital.

The East County Major Crimes team is conducitng the investigation.
