Rail reform and establishment of Great British Railways confirmed for this Parliament

New Civil Engineer - Legislation to bring the Great Britains railways into public ownership and establish a new integrated delivery body Great British Railways will be brought forward in this Parliament, as confirmed by the Kings Speech on 17 July.
