SC attains full strength as 2 judges take oath; top court gets first judge from Manipur

Justice N Kotiswar Singh, the Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court, took oath on Thursday as the first judge from Manipur to be elevated to the Supreme Court. On the same day, Acting Chief Justice of Madras High Court R Mahadevan was sworn in as a judge of the apex court.
