Flash flooding emergency in Arkansas after torrential rain

Flash flooding after heavy rain took out bridges and roads in parts of Arkansas. A nursing home and other buildings in Arkansas and Missouri had to be evacuated. There were a number of water rescues. Severe weather also hit parts of upstate New York. NBC News' Guad Venegas reports.
