Missing 5-month-old baby found safe

D.C. police said they're searching for a missing 5-month-old baby who they believe is with his father. The baby, Rajah Leonard, was last seen about noon Wednesday in the 6000 block of 16th Street NW. Authorities said they think the baby is with his father, 27-year-old Ramon Leonard.
