Neighbors skeptical of proposed Kenwood roundabout

Neighbors expressed skepticism Tuesday with a proposed roundabout at Kenwood Boulevard and Secor Road and the city of Toledo offered an alternative option as part of a $5-million redesign of Secor between Kenwood and Central Avenue in West Toledo.
