Ontario man, 18, shot dead by police after teen stabbed in ‘domestic violence’ case: watchdog

A 17-year-old girl is in critical condition after being stabbed and an 18-year-old man was shot dead by London, Ont., police in what the SIU says was a domestic violence call.
