I’m 38 and terrified of ageing so I stick bird poo on my face – I pay £320 a bottle for the privilege
AN INFLUENCER who admits she’s “afraid of ageing” has revealed she uses a cream made of bird droppings to keep her looking young.
Ju Isen, a model who boasts over 2.1 million followers on Instagram, is well-known for creating lifestyle content and posting saucy pictures online.
The young woman, from Brazil, recently revealed the secret behind her glowy complexion[/caption] According to the influencer, it’s all about using bird poo – which sets her back £320 a bottle[/caption] The model, 38, has also forked out for plastic surgery, a rhinoplasty and a boob job[/caption]The 38-year-old also shares skincare hacks.
But her most recent piece of advice is rather left field.
Ju has shared that she uses a Japanese face cream made from nightingale droppings, or the faeces from a small passerine bird.
And she claims it helps eliminate wrinkles.
“The first time I read about the cream, I was in New York and I was a bit intrigued by the idea of bird poop on may skin,” Ju, from Brazil, told What’s The Jam.
“I was also already looking for something different and innovative for my skincare, and the nightingale poop cream seemed perfect for that.
“I’m afraid of ageing and seeing my skin lose its elasticity.
“The cream gave me a sense of control over the aging process.”
Ju decided to give it a go and initially paid for a bird poop facial for $180 (£140).
She said: “It was a bit scary at first.
“Ageing is natural, but I confess that the idea of losing youth scares me.
“Many people might find it strange
“But the results are worth it.”
Now she has the cream at home and uses it in her daily routine.
It costs $420 (£320) a bottle.
According to Ju, the moisturiser is also very effective at treating acne scars.
How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist
LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.
She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.
“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.
“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.
Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.
Whatever your age or state of health, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.
Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.
Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.
Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.
Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.
She said: “I believe it is important to try new beauty trends, even if they are out of the ordinary.
“The fear of ageing is not just about appearance, but also about how I feel.
“Using the cream helps me maintain my confidence.
“Investing in my skin is a way of taking care of myself and my self-esteem.”
The treatment has also gained attention from several Hollywood celebrities, including Tom Cruise.
In addition to skincare treatments, Ju is known for having undergone several plastic surgeries, including rhinoplasty, liposuction and breast implants.
