As a hotel executive with over 20 years of senior hospitality leadership, Robert Spoto has repeatedly succeeded in building high performance teams and creating strong success at the various resorts and hotels he has overseen. Having worked for distinguished companies such as Waterford Hotel Group, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Remington Hospitality, and most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for Widewaters Hotels, Spoto’s strengths and expertise encompass executive leadership, business development, strategic planning, financial planning, sales and marketing, high talent team building, operations management, communication and compliance.

Spoto’s career, spanning two decades of leadership and management expertise, has come full circle as he oversaw La Concha Key West in the early 2000s. Having a deep fondness for hospitality and tourism in Key West, he is well suited to guide these locations into the next level of success.
