Blackouts Hit 1 Million In Southern Russia, Occupied Crimea

Major power grid failures and large-scale power outages occurred in the south of Russia and Moscow-occupied Crimea after an emergency shutdown of a unit of the Rostov nuclear power plant on July 16, Rosenergoatom reported.
