La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway: Reffner 88 honors one of Wisconsin's best drivers

The inaugural Tom Reffner 88 takes place Wednesday at the La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway to honor of one of the state’s most accomplished drivers after his passing last October at 82 years old.
