On This Page How it worksA meal plan is a prepaid account that provides access to dining services on campus. At NYU, meal plans consist of meal swipes and dining dollars, both of which are loaded onto NYU ID cards.A meal swipe can be used to enter an all-you-care-to-eat dining facility, or to purchase an entree, side, and fountain drink at an a-la-carte dining facility. Dining dollars work like cash at any dining facility including markets.To use your meal plan, let the cashier know how you would like to pay.
