Justice Kotiswar Singh becomes Manipur's first Supreme Court judge

J&K High Court Chief Justice N Kotiswar Singh and Madras HC Acting Chief Justice R Mahadevan appointed as Supreme Court Judges. Justice Singh is the first SC judge from Manipur, bringing full strength to 34 judges.
