With her hair in wavy bunches, Michelle’s character Erin is laughing with her will-they-won’t-they fella Vinnie, played by Joseph Gilgun.

But things don’t seem to stay silly for long, as she’s later seen hiding in some bushes with a can of petrol and a box of matches.

Sky’s comedy-drama will be back for its sixth season in September and bosses say the show, which airs on Sky Max and Now, is packed with the usual madcap adventures.

Co-creator Danny Brocklehurst said: “It’s always a delight bringing this magical show to audiences and I can’t wait for viewers to see what’s next for all of them.

“Showcasing series six is going to be very special. Expect the unexpected . . . ”

With a speeding hearse, a crocodile, swords and a life-drawing class featured in the trailer alone, he’s not wrong.

Hardman Danny Dyer says he still enjoys a good cry from time to time[/caption]

HE may be best known as EastEnders hardman Mick Carter, but Danny Dyer still enjoys a good cry sometimes.

In fact the actor, who stars in new Sky series Mr Bigstuff with Ryan Sampson, is happy to bring out genuine tears on set if he feels moved.

He told Nick Grimshaw on the Dish from Waitrose podcast: “If the writing is good and you fing buy it, and you believe what you’re saying . . .

“Sometimes you have to dig into some weird s**t to make you cry.

“Like when you’re doing a soap, you have whole weeks of crying on end and then you sort of have to go home and go, ‘Hello kids! How are you, all lovely?’. “And you can get a bit fed in the nut from it.”

Mr Bigstuff premieres tonight at 9pm on Sky Max.

Joe likes Locke of Marvel

HE shot to fame in Netflix’s hit teen drama Heartstopper, but Joe Locke’s next role is far darker – and will take his career to a whole new level.

Joe is joining upcoming Disney+ Marvel TV series Agatha All Along, a spin-off from the series WandaVision.

And speaking for the first time about the gig as he appears on the cover of Rolling Stone, he said: “It’s a dark comedy about witches.

“We gather a coven, and a very unlikely group of women and me – which is my life in general – get on the Witches’ Road.

“Then magic, fun and mystery prevail. It’s definitely darker.

“It’s actually a little bit scary, which is good. It’s a new type of superhero, which I think is exciting.”

The third series of Heartstopper lands in October. The August/September issue of Rolling Stone UK is out now.

A GROUP of big cats will be back for a second series, despite not even making their TV debut yet. BBC series Big Cats 24/7 – which launches next month – has just been commissioned for a second run early next year.

The show follows lions and leopards stalking Botswana’s wildernesses.

SOPHIE ELLIS- BEXTOR is lending her voice to an animated series once again.

Last year the Murder On The Dancefloor singer did the theme tune for Channel 4’s festive hit Mog’s Christ-mas, and now she has landed a leading part as narrator for new animated kids’ show PeaKeeBoo.
