Eastern Cape Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs MEC Zolile Williams has intervened in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality's affairs, appointing the metro's fourth city manager on an interim basis since the suspension of fraud-accused Noxolo Nqwazi in October 2023.
