It is believed the Zimbabwe-born Brit politely asked the fast-food rider to dismount as there were dogs and children in danger of being hit.
The cyclists refused and an argument followed, Chisora was physically attacked first and then retaliated, it is understood.
The footage, filmed from a few feet away by a diner, shows Chisora and the Deliveroo driver during the confrontation.
Shouts of “get the f*** off me, bro” and “I swear, get off me now” can be heard as witnesses look on.
The confrontation escalates with the Deliveroo driver flinging his hands in the direction of Chisora’s face, and the pro boxer then headbutts him.
Police were called and attended the scene.
It was agreed that Chisora was not at fault for the situation and no further action was taken toward any parties, The Sun understands.
Representatives of Chisora and the Met Police have been contacted for comment.
