3-car crash leaves 1 dead after car 'engulfed' by flames

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A three-car crash left a person dead on Sunday after their car was "engulfed in flames," according to Hillsboro police.

The two other drivers involved in the crash were treated at a local hospital before getting released.

Authorities said the collision took place just before 11:30 p.m. at E Main and NE Cornelius Pass Road.

The crash is under investigation.
