Officials say shooter's rooftop position had been identified as potential vulnerability

Officials say the roof of the building where Thomas Crooks' tried to assassinate former President Trump had been identified by the Secret Service as a potential vulnerability in the days before Saturday's campaign event. Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas said an independent review of security will be conducted. NBC News' Kelly O'Donnell reports.
