Russia welcomes reopening of Azerbaijan embassy in Tehran

TEHRAN, Jul. 16 (MNA) – The Russian embassy in the Iranian capital Tehran has expressed its satisfaction with the reopening of the Azerbaijan Republic’s embassy in Iran.
