Sai Life Sciences, backed by TPG, has filed for a massive ₹5000 crore IPO. Sanstar's IPO opens on July 19. Northern Arc Capital and bulk container manufacturer Shree Tirupati have also received SEBI approvals for their IPOs. Sai’s offering includes a ₹800 crore fresh issue and sale of 61,573,120 shares. TPG holds 39.69% in Sai.
