President Joe Biden called Ohio Sen. JD Vance, who was tapped Monday as GOP nominee Donald Trump's vice-presidential pick, a "clone of Trump on the issues" as his reelection prepared to resume the full-throttle campaigning after the assassination attempt on former President Trump.
