Dedicated Freight Corridor likely exempt from 18% GST, boosting Indian Railways revenue model

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has notified this exemption, effective from July 15, 2024, which applies to services provided by Special Purpose Vehicles to the Indian Railways.
