Hamilton steel maker Stelco Holdings sold to Cleveland-Cliffs for $3.4 billion

A large steelmaking company from Cleveland, Ohio has entered into a deal with the Ontario-based Stelco in a deal that will see issued and outstanding common shares purchased.
