Draft targets, mock and more for day 1

It's draft day, so it's time to list players for the nerds (mostly me, I guess).

There are some safer college players that could be in play if they want more floor (Holman, Prager, Cunningham, G. Jump, T. White, C. Benge) and there are several other HS with more risk (Oakie, Sanford, Gillen, Meccage, Whitney, O. Hall, Sloan).

I don't like the value for most of the college players ranked in that range: all the catchers, the Tennessee bunch, D. Jordan and even three typical CLE profiles in O'Ferrall, Kuroda-Grauer and DeBarge. Fine players, but not in the top 50, there are similar types rounds later.
