Woman & man in their 80s pulled from river more than a day apart as cops launch probe into ‘unexplained’ deaths
THE bodies of a woman and man in their 80s have been pulled from a river just a day apart with cops now probing their “unexplained” deaths.
Locals had raised concerns about a car that was parked in the area for several days.

A woman’s body was pulled from the river yesterday as authorities continued to search for the man.
Cambridgeshire Police have now confirmed that another body, believed to be the missing man in his 80s, was found this afternoon at 4.30pm.
Police investigating the report claimed they had been worried for the welfare of two people in their 80s.
The road between the A141, Hobb’s Lot Bridge and the junction of Elm Road has been shut for most of the day as cops continued to search the river.
A spokesperson for Policing Fenland said: “A body of a man has now been located.
“We were called to Chain Bridge, March, at about 8.35am yesterday with reports of concern for the welfare of two people.
“Yesterday afternoon the body of a woman in her 80s was recovered from the river.”
