You miss my point. I’ve said that it was poorly worded. It’s caused confusion, clearly. But, the OSC should not have said the club shop was closed when it can’t have known it was, because it wasn’t!
It’s hard to write this without sounding patronising, so I mean this in good faith, but I can’t believe people would think the club shop would shut for four days purely because season ticket relocation was taking place.
My point about the OSC is very valid, surely?
You’ve said yourself the messaging was unclear. So that works both ways. I.e. the OSC should have done more to find out whether it was or wasn’t open before commenting, because nowhere did the messaging say the club shop was shut.
It makes me laugh that people think the OSC is the font of all knowledge. If they don’t know the answer they seem unable to say, ‘I don’t know’. One of them was on twitter this am joking that it was Hogan that shot Trump - didn’t he realise that someone has died? Embarrassing.
