Witness claims to have seen shooter moving from roof to roof during Trump rally

At Trump's Pennsylvania rally, shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks fired shots, injuring attendees, from a rooftop 200-250 yards away before being killed by Secret Service. Ryan Knight saw him atop the American Glass Research building. Ben Macer noticed Crooks moving between rooftops, causing chaos. Witnesses reported to officers.
