Odisha CM felicitates Sudarsan Pattnaik for winning gold at International Sand Sculpture Championship

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi felicitated sand artist Sudarshan Pattnaik at his residence in Bhubaneswar on Saturday. Pattnaik won the Golden Sand Master Award with a gold medal at the International Sand Sculpture Championship in St. Petersburg, Russia, according to the Chief Minister's office.
