Sabah minister says port congestion surcharge may not be imposed

KOTA KINABALU: The port congestion surcharge might not be imposed. Sabah Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Datuk Phoong Jin Zhe said his ministry was determined to find a win-win situation, particularly with the shipping liners.
