Trial date finally set for driver accused of killing popular Tipton carer three years ago

The trial of a Tipton man accused of causing death by dangerous driving will take place almost four years after the fatal crash.

Carlton Betts, 27, denies he was driving the car which killed Darren Whitehouse on St Mark's Road, Tipton, on February 27, 2021.
