NIA chargesheets 2, including Libyan ISIS member for terror conspiracy

NIA charge-sheeted Mohammad Zoheb Khan and Libya-based Mohammad Shoeb Khan for recruiting youth to attack Indian installations, promoting ISIS’ anti-India agenda. Following location searches, they planned to flee after executing attacks. They shared IED videos in a WhatsApp group, linked to the global ISIS network’s Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar module.
