"Hudson Falls and Fort Edward have a lot of great places to grab something to eat," Archambault told NEWS10. "I thought we would would bring some attention to the area."

"With the new craze of village and city tourism departments bringing out-of-the-area food trucks to their municipalities and not-so-much promoting the brick-and-mortar locations in their area, I figured it was a good time to collaborate with other owners to hold an event that might put our businesses in the public eye a little more," said Archambault.
