KP Sharma Oli stakes claim to become Nepal Prime Minister

KP Sharma Oli, leader of the Communist Party of Nepal-Unified Marxist Leninist (CPN-UML), has staked claim to become Prime Minister of Nepal following Pushpa Kamal Dahal's loss of confidence vote in Parliament. Oli presented his claim with the support of 165 lawmakers, including 77 from his party and 88 from the Nepali Congress.
