Indigenous chef creates sweetgrass ice cream in partnership with frozen treats giant

Chef Zach Keeshig is teaming up with frozen treat brand, Chapman’s, to create a limited edition sweetgrass-flavoured ice cream. Keeshig said the ice cream will taste similar to vanilla and uses locally-sourced ingredients.
