Andreichenko: Foreign advisors urged Belarus to sever all ties with Russia and stop enterprises

Vladimir Andreichenko said: “The parliament had probably about 20 various factions and groups, which pursued different goals. The decisions they made were out of touch with reality. And against this backdrop the respect for authorities was catastrophically declining.”
