Pagasa: Cloudy, rainy Friday; Watch out for floods and landslides

  MANILA, Philippines — The state weather bureau on Friday warned of possible floods and landslides in some parts of the country due to southwest monsoon-induced rains. Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio, in an early morning bulletin, said the southwest monsoon, or “habagat,” is forecast to affect Occidental
